It gets in-game, but slowly. Astro's Playroom reaches levels on SharpEmu, KytyPS5 and AnyPS5: KytyPS5 runs levels at about 5-8fps on an RX 6700 XT, and AnyPS5 (Linux, RTX 5080) runs the first level at about 6fps. When SharpEmu first ran on Steam Deck in August 2026, it managed only 0.5-1fps.
Settings & known issues
- On Linux, KytyPS5 can crash with a Vulkan ErrorDeviceLost (report of Oct 4, 2026).
- KytyPS5 doesn't start it on Mac.
