The PS5 Demon's Souls remake isn't playable on official builds yet: KytyPS5 0.3.0 reaches the main menu but crashes while loading the world after character creation, and SharpEmu gets in-game but runs slowly. The best result comes from a KytyPS5 community fork, which Wccftech reported at 60fps+ on an RTX 5070 and close to 120fps with DLSS frame generation. AnyPS5 reaches the tutorial at about 0.3fps.
Settings & known issues
- KytyPS5 0.3.0 official build crashes when using custom presets in character creation or when the fog loads the world.
- The 60fps result is from a community fork (chenxiao07 v20261017); official builds still crashed often at the time.
- AnyPS5 needs main plus several unmerged pull requests to reach the tutorial.
