Yes, and it runs very well on PC: Citron lists it as Perfect, Ryubing as Playable, and the yuzu archive as Perfect. Browsing online courses and playing online need Nintendo's network service, which emulators don't support (Ryubing's list also marks local wireless as not working). On Mac, the original Ryujinx needed Hypervisor turned off to avoid crashes, and while story mode worked, entering the course maker crashed; there are no public iPhone/iPad or Android tests yet.
