Yes, as far as tested. In September 2026 the official shadPS4 YouTube channel listed The Last of Us Remastered among eleven playable games on the v0.18.1 dev build. On the official compatibility list the Windows report (v0.18.0) is in-game, Linux reaches the menu at best, and it doesn't start on Mac. Separately, since November 1 there has been an unofficial native PC port, tlou-remastered-pc (not an emulator: the game's own code runs directly on Windows, with graphics handled by shadPS4's display core); its author says it runs at 40-60fps on a GTX 1050 Ti laptop and that players have already finished the game with it.
Settings & known issues
- In July 2025 it still needed hacks to get in-game; a progress report fixed gamma being applied twice.
