Ring Fit Adventure needs the Ring-Con. The only recent data is one Citron NEO user report on PC (May 2026) rating it Playable, with two serious problems: a GPU driver crash when returning to the overworld in World 3, and a settings menu that freezes the game. Ryubing's list says Nothing (an old April 2021 entry), and an old Ryujinx report said the menu never appeared after the Joy-Con intro. No public test reports found yet for Mac, iPhone/iPad, or Android.
Settings & known issues
- Citron NEO report: the Ring-Con works if you follow the steps on the Input > Advanced tab
- To avoid disconnects, the reporter renamed the PC's Bluetooth adapter to 'Nintendo'
- The settings menu freezes the game, so Ring-Con strength can't be recalibrated without a new save
- AMD GPU driver crash when returning to the World 3 overworld (Linux, May 2026)
